Overdowns Project 

Preston Hollow

The original OverDowns home near St. Marks was dubbed the “Ugliest Home in Dallas”.  An extremely rare find with an indoor pool, terrific lines and soaring ceilings, yet horribly outdated. We turned a very cold commercial looking building to a warm contemporary home.  Pictures tell the story.  

We updated the entire home and added windows, a living space above the garage, created a ZEN space looking over the creek and installed a 16 foot opening from the kitchen to pool.
