How much will this cost?
The short answer is, it depends. The more satisfying answer:
Our final costs are competitive with and usually lower than most of the “big” remodeling companies or franchises.
Final costs depend on many variables like size, materials and custom features. Part of our role is to help you navigate the choices and help you obtain the best project for the money.
How long does it take?
We do not take on more than we can handle. Contractors get in money and time trouble when they take on too many contracts. We only want to do a few projects at a time and perform exceptionally well. Our goal is complete your project as quickly as possible, while exceeding quality expectations.
Are your projects and renovations well-built?
Definitely. We want you to love your renovation for a long time, and so we build every part of every project at or better than code.
What can I expect for our first meeting?
We will listen to your needs and offer suggestions. Provide budget pricing and timing. There is no cost for our in home consultation.
Do you do all the work yourself?
We manage the project every step of the way. We have longstanding and strong relationships with suppliers, custom cabinet makers, electricians, plumbers and other trade people.
Do you offer financing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer financing.
